Ach Kinners, wasn Stress! Ihr habt vielleicht mitbekommen, dass hier seit Sonntag mittag total tote Hose war. Ehrlich gesagt ist auch immer noch total tote Hose, die Jungs von NGZ kriegen den Server immer noch nicht zum Laufen. Mein bester Admin aller Zeiten hatte allerdings das komplette Blog vorsichtshalber schon auf einer anderen Maschine gespiegelt und von der werdet ihr im Moment bedient. Das Dumme ist, dass alle nun veröffentlichten Kommentare und Artikel eventuell umständlich auf die "eigentliche" Maschine umgezogen werden müssten, falls die je nochmal wieder anfängt zu rennen. Außerdem fahre ich heute Abend schon wieder weg und weiß nicht, ob und wenn ja wie ich mich um die Thematik kümmern kann.

Fazit für den Moment: die Kommentare sind erstmal deaktiviert und hier wird auch nicht gebloggt, bis ich weiß, wie es eigentlich weiter geht.

Our root server have been down for 4 days. We have tried to call NGZ / United Gameservers GmbH for about 30 times, but they are not answering the phone. We have also made 5 support tickets, but they don't answer them neither. We have also sent emails and even faxes - no answer.

Other customers at #ngz.root irc channel are reporting that their root servers have been down for even 13 days. The problem affects a huge number of customers. But United Gameservers GmbH is now willing to tell its customers how long it takes to fix the problem.

United Gameservers GmbH clearly does not care about their customers at all.

There is something really strange going on in the company. The company was declared insolvent in November 2013 and now they are keeping their customers' servers down for unacceptable time periods without any kind of communication. [1] [2]
